I'm a free spirited woman with tons of ideas and creativity. You can find me with a notebook and pencil jotting down verses for songs, at a keyboard coming up with scripts or jotting down concepts for articles for The Monologue Magazine. In a nutshell: I WRITE RHYMES Songs and Scripts

 

My life has been one interesting roller coaster, but I have been able to write to not only keep my own sanity, but to help others thru their own difficulties in life. Growing up in the system and facing adversities while maintaining my originality has been a staple, but I am grateful to say I have utilized music and art as a tool to help free my mind while entertaining others and educating at the same time. I am a poet, story teller, Emcee, songstress friend and healer! I just want to spread a message of continuous growth and  learning. I hope others learn how to overcome obstacles by watching me.

I have had the pleasure of opening for classic acts like HOWARD HEWITT and STEPHANIE MILLS , Erykah Badu herself and BABYFACE at the Howard theater in Washington DC and at the Merryweather Pavillion in Columbia Maryland. 

 

I have hosted my own OPEN MIC FORUM called SOUND OF THE CITY in Columbia Maryland 2015-2016. I also hosted an open mic from 2020, under the direction of YRS ENT right before the world shut down for covid.

 

I have participated in the Field of Screams Rap Battles (2012 & 2013), Co-hosted Movers & Shakers WLVS radio Show (2014-2016) I have performed at The Hot Spot (Baltimore) 2014 & with the late Tony Redzof WPGC Talent Showcase DC (2016 & 2017) I was a part of the late J Sully's 420 showcase Baltimore City's Club Reverb (2016-2020) I have also performed @Da Luft Lounge (2017) Ive had the pleasure of working with Grammy Nominated producer (EMPIRE) Jim Beanz as he was rising to stardom and Music Soulchild/Bilal producer Hez Davis aka 3 Crates from Philadelphia (credits Raheem Duvaughn Oddisee and various other artists). I have also had the opportunity to meet Carvin Haggins in 2017 whom has been somewhat as a mentor in a way. I have performed at various Open Mic venues in Baltimore including The Poetry Party Hosted by Kish The Lioness. (2021) I recently had the pleasure of being a contestant in the Duke Live Radio Show organized By Critique Agency in  February 2022. I also frequently participate in an open mic featuring a live band in Baltimore Maryland called : The Civil on Fridays.

i was also blessed to meet a very talented man named KNATTY 410 when I first moved to Baltimore from PA. Knatty embraced my style and became a producer I could trust due to his over all professionalism and care about my career. We have material in the stash ranging from blues to hip hop soul! He is a local legend and part of the reason I was able to record music at all. Blessings to that man and his family.

I also work with long time friend RENZI DORSEY of Track Assasins where he and his young son have a production company making most of the blazing beats you hear from time to time.
